March silver futures fell 0.5% to $9.52 an ounce.
Silver was very quiet yesterday . It tracked gold for
direction .
Spot gold prices traded range bound during yesterdays
trading session and prices were unable to close
above the $ 780 mark.
The dollar continued to strengthen and deflationary
pressures continued to be felt the world across
reduced the appeal of the preciou metal as an
alternative investment.
